Alamo Auto Air's air conditioner parts manufactured by Alamo Rebuilders are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 180 days from date of installation. Alamo Rebuilders does not warrant or make any representations concerning its products which are not installed and used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and generally accepted practices in the industry. Alamo Rebuilders' obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of any part found to be defective when returned freight prepaid to the company. We will not be liable for consequential or inconsequent damages, or loss of labor or refrigerant. This warranty does not apply to any product that has been installed incorrectly, altered or damaged by misuse, negligence or accident. Failure to install a new receiver—drier and expansion tube (where used)—during the compressor installation will void warranty. Alamo Auto Air neither assumes nor authorizes any representative or other person to assume for it any other liability in connection with the sale or shipment of these products. There are no warranties, either expressed or implied, which extend beyond that which is above listed . |
